Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Rezna at rezna.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use Rezna. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Rezna.

If you are using Rezna on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Rezna. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. Rezna is intended for professional use — job searching, hiring, and career development.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep your profile information up to date. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your experience, qualifications, or identity — is grounds for immediate account termination.

Notify us immediately at security@rezna.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Candidate terms

Your profile and data

You own the content you submit to Rezna — your resume, work history, Cultural Fingerprint results, and application materials. By submitting this content, you grant Rezna a license to use, process, and display it to provide our services, including sharing it with employers when you apply or when your profile matches their search criteria.

Job applications

When you use Rezna to apply to a role, you authorize Rezna to submit your profile and application materials to that employer on your behalf. Rezna does not guarantee that applications will be reviewed, that you will receive responses, or that you will obtain employment.

AI-generated content

Rezna uses AI to help you generate resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn bios, and profile improvements. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it. You represent that any content you submit or use through Rezna is accurate and does not misrepresent your qualifications.

Cultural Fingerprint

Your Cultural Fingerprint assessment results are used to match you with employers and roles. Results represent how you answered the assessment at a point in time — they are not a comprehensive psychological evaluation and should not be treated as such.

5. Employer terms

Job postings

Employers may post genuine job opportunities only. You may not post fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory job listings. All postings must comply with applicable employment laws including equal opportunity employment requirements.

Candidate data

When you access candidate profiles through Rezna, you may use that information only for hiring purposes related to roles posted on Rezna. You may not use candidate data for marketing, resale, or any purpose other than evaluating candidates for employment.

You must handle candidate data in compliance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA.

Team Cultural Fingerprint

When you invite employees to complete a Cultural Fingerprint assessment through Rezna's team org chart feature, you represent that you have obtained appropriate consent from those employees and that use of this data complies with applicable employment laws in your jurisdiction.

AI matching

Rezna's AI-generated match scores and hiring recommendations are tools to assist — not replace — human hiring decisions. You are solely responsible for all hiring decisions. Rezna does not guarantee that recommended candidates will be suitable for your roles.

6. Intellectual property

Rezna's intellectual property

Rezna owns all rights to the platform, including the S-A-I framework (Situation, Action, Impact), the Cultural Fingerprint system, all proprietary matching algorithms, the Rezna brand, logomark, and all platform content created by Rezna. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from Rezna's proprietary content.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create and submit to Rezna. You grant Rezna a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve our services.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Rezna, you grant us the right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from Rezna using automated tools
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access
• Use Rezna to harass, discriminate against, or harm others
• Post job listings that are fraudulent, misleading, or violate employment laws
• Use candidate data for any purpose other than legitimate hiring
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract Rezna's source code
• Use Rezna in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits or feature restrictions

8. Payments and subscriptions

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in USD. By subscribing, you authorize Rezna to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Free plan

The free candidate plan includes a Rezna watermark on exported documents. Upgrading to Pro removes the watermark. We reserve the right to modify free plan features at any time.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund for first-time subscribers who have not extensively used the service. Contact billing@rezna.ai within 14 days of your first charge to request a refund. We do not offer refunds for subsequent billing periods or for annual plans after 30 days.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

9. Disclaimers

Rezna is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular job matches, hiring recommendations, or AI-generated content will meet your needs or expectations.

Rezna is a tool to assist with job searching and hiring. We do not guarantee employment outcomes for candidates or successful hires for employers. All hiring decisions are the sole responsibility of the employer.

AI-generated content including resumes, cover letters, and Cultural Fingerprint analyses are provided as assistance tools. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rezna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Rezna shall not exceed the amount you paid to Rezna in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rezna from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use Rezna ceases immediately. We will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
